The HHDRGA is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our 2009 president MALCOLM TURNER of Outlane GC.
Malcolm represented our association and Outlane GC with pride and dedication. He will be sadly missed.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Malcolm’s family and many friends at Outlane GC and beyond at this difficult time.
May he rest in peace.

A message from our President –
Congratulations go to John Wozniak (Saddleworth GC) who won the individual Jubilee Trophy and Crosland Heath GC who won the team trophy on Presidents Day. Thank you to all the clubs who entered. The day started with rain showers and finished in brilliant sunshine-however the wind stayed with us all day making the days golf challenging to say the least. I fully enjoyed the day meeting the players and watching quite a lot of the field come through the 10th hole by the half way house.
The Half Way House raised £401.17p for the charity Take Heart. Thank You! The whole day was a team effort, the volunteers from Bradley Park Golf Club working closely with your HHDRGA committee and of course our green staff who all did a fantastic job enabling all entrants to enjoy this prestigious Rabbits Golf Competition. A lot of work goes into making this event happen but it is without doubt worthwhile.
The Nearest Pin on the 2nd Hole was won by James Clewes (Marsden GC) 12 feet 1 inch .
