N.B. – IF NO INTENDED PLAYER NAMES HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE SECRETARY BY A DEADLINE OF ONE WEEK BEFORE THE DAY OF THE COMPETITION THEN THE CLUB WILL BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE COMPETITION ON THE ASSUMPTION THAT THEY DO NOT INTEND TO SEND ANY PLAYERS.
